The ZANZ SOLO will have an upgrade kit (planned for 2027) which will increase capacity by up to 3x. This will allow you to grow your operation, maximising your profitability and product quality, then simply upgrade the machine. Most small machines on the market are not upgradable.
Furthermore, the ZANZ SOLO can support any beverage type and any can sizes, so you can diversify your operation from a single machine rather than needing several machines.
Our machine has been rigorously designed and tested over 5 years with 4 brewers. We have consistently improved and refined our packaging quality to ensure Dissolved Oxygen DO levels are class leading. Furthermore our cans have been shipped to China, knocked around in a shipping container for weeks, and still maintained excellent seaming integrity.
Because the ZANZ SOLO can be operated by anyone it allows you to can on demand when your beer is ready and your customer wants it. This means you can operate in a smaller facility and supply "just in time".
This also means less chiller space is required, lowering your chiller costs. To top it all off, with a 60cm x70cm footprint, the SOLO is the smallest machine in its class so with the optional trolley it can be moved around the facility and tucked into a corner when not in use.
Counter-pressure filling preserves carbonation by equalising pressure between the filler and the beverage, significantly reducing CO₂ breakout and foaming during filling. By purging and pressurising the can with CO₂ before filling, it minimises dissolved oxygen pickup (consistently <25ppb), improving flavour stability, product consistency, and shelf life. This controlled filling process delivers more accurate fill levels, reduces product loss and rejects, and enables reliable high-speed operation, making it ideal for carbonated beverages such as beer, seltzers, soft drinks, and RTDs.
The SOLO is the only machine on the market at this price point which offers counter pressure filling.
The ZANZ Solo utilises AI-controlled filling technology that employs multiple sensors to sample and optimise every can in real-time. The machine automatically adjusts to variables such as liquid temperature and carbonation levels. If the system detects potential foaming or filling issues, it will micro-adjust the speed to guarantee the lowest possible Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and ensure wastage remains at our industry-leading standard of 0.3%.
For a low viscosity beverage it will achieve 12 CPM throughput. The machine runs as fast as your specific beverage allows without ever compromising the integrity of the product.
It's important to note that the CPM rating of all machines on the market should say "up to" but with the automation of the ZANZ Solo you are more likely to achieve the maximum throughput faster and more effectively than with a manual operator.
